This classes are made for boys and girls aged 11yrs to 17yrs at all levels of fitness.
No previous boxing experience required.
Classes are non-contact and beginner-friendly.
Whether the desire is to learn boxing for fun, for fitness, or for self-defense – these classes are the perfect fit.
This term WILL BOOK OUT. Early booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
